Return Policy:

US Customers

The good news is we offer free and easy returns and exchanges for US customers. Initiate a return or exchange within 60 days of receipt by following the link sent in your confirmation email and you will receive a pre paid label to send your items back.

* Items from different orders cannot be returned in the same package. Each order will need it's own return label on the outer package in order to be processed correctly in our warehouse.

You will be refunded for the full amount paid on the EB product(s) you purchased. You will not be refunded for original shipping. Refunds will be given 4 days after the return is delivered at our fulfillment center to allow for processing time.
